- A staircase leads to the bedroom and the bathroom
KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with fridge, two-burner hob, extractor hood and washing machine provides every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are of course available (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle)
SLEEPING AREA and SHOWER ROOM:
- The mezzanine sleeping area is reached by a staircase (see photos)
- A cosy upstairs nook for privacy and great sleeping comfort
- New, hotel-quality bedding for extra comfort
- A lovely shower room with a hairdryer and all toiletry essentials (bath towels, bath mat, soap, etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: the mezzanine has a low ceiling (1.80 m)
- A dressing area with about ten hangers and a storage shelf for your belongings

To ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a kitchen towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- kitchen basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
If you are staying several days, we recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.).
We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep clean of the apartment for your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is done by a specialised cleaning company.
Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyon cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The area is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothing or local products (Avenue de Saxe, Gambetta, Cours Vitton...).
Getting around
Paid street parking; we recommend getting around by public transport, bike and/or on foot.
Metro A Masséna is 5 minutes from the apartment (towards Bellecour).
Metro B Brotteaux is 5 minutes from the apartment (towards Part-Dieu).
Other things to note
Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service via a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out must always be before 10:00 am.
Early check-in may be possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out may be possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. If our team finds any trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum deposit of €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire stay for an extra €25 (sheets and mattress not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire stay for an extra €25. Or both for an extra €35.
