To ensure your optimal comfort during your stay, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyon cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The neighbourhood is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothing or local produce (Avenue de Saxe Gambetta, Cours Vitton...).
Getting around
Paid street parking; we recommend getting around by public transport, by bike and/or on foot:
- Metro A Masséna, 5 minutes from the flat (Bellecour).
- Metro B Brotteaux, 5 minutes from the flat (Part-Dieu).

Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
A portable air conditioner will allow you to cool the room in hot weather.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out must always be before 10:00 am.
Early check-in is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
