- An open-plan, functional kitchen with everything you need (fridge, hob, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, wine cooler, hand blender, raclette machine)
BEDROOMS 1 and 2:
- One with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and a walk-in wardrobe
- The other with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed and a storage cupboard
BATHROOM:
- A functional bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine

- Private WC at the entrance of the flat.

To ensure your optimal comfort during your stay, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is handled by a specialised cleaning company.
Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.

We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
