Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
Oullins is a town right next to Lyon, to the south-west of the Lyon metropolitan area.
It can be reached by car in just a few minutes via the A7 Autoroute du Soleil and is only 15/20 minutes from central Lyon.
The flat is in the heart of Oullins, right by public transport (buses, Metro line B and Oullins station). Close to the Rhône quays, Confluence and local shops.
A very quiet residential area (students and families). Very close to everyday shops (Monoprix, restaurants, snack bars, etc.).
Getting around
You can get around by public transport:
- Metro line B - Oullins stop (about a 5-minute walk from the flat)
- Bus lines 11, 12 and 14 (about a 5-minute walk from the flat)
- Oullins station (5-minute walk from the flat)
We recommend using the TCL app.
If you have a car, the Autoroute du Soleil is right nearby and very easy to access.
You can park your vehicle in the garage in the building's basement (single garage).

Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out must always be before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
