To ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is handled by a specialised cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Their rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.
The main entrance is through a secure gate in a quiet, family-friendly residence. We therefore kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours (communal areas and the inner courtyard).
We will send you the arrival instructions in writing as soon as your booking is confirmed. An explanatory video will guide you to the flat to help you prepare for your arrival.
You will be able to park your vehicle in the shared courtyard (one vehicle only).
We can be reached on the platform before, during and after your stay if needed.
Guest interaction
We are available every day of the week if needed.
Do not hesitate to contact us before and during your stay if you encounter any difficulty or issue. As the flat is brand new, it is essential that you let us know quickly.
The neighborhood
The property is located in the heart of Villeurbanne, between the Flachet and Cusset metro stations, very close to the motorways and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road - Astroballe (basketball). A very residential, family-friendly neighbourhood.
The flat is accessible via a secure electric gate if you are on foot. If you come by car, you can park inside the residence thanks to an electric gate.
Just a few minutes away on foot:
- 5 minutes from Cusset metro
- 7 minutes from the C26 - La Perralière and C17 - Le Pressensé buses
- 15 minutes from Gratte-Ciel
- 25/30 minutes from the Presqu'île
- Gym: Happy Gym
- Food: restaurants, bars, market, Carrefour, etc.
- Outdoor park
- University: La Doua campus (about 20 mins)
Very close to public transport (buses and trams), you can easily do everything on foot.
Getting around
Outdoor parking spaces outside the residence, all around the building, are free.
If you are getting around Lyon or Villeurbanne, parking spaces are paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays.
If you are on foot, you are very close to the C26 and C17 buses. The Flachet and Cusset metro stations take you directly to the Presqu'île in just a few minutes.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The flat is on the 4th and top floor with no lift.
The property has been fully renovated. We therefore count on you to take the utmost care to respect the premises.
Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to your departure. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and that we apply a zero-tolerance policy. The neighbours are also very respectful of the residence, and throwing cigarette butts on the ground, whether inside or outside the building, is prohibited.
Therefore, if our teams find in the flat, or a neighbour reports to us, the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we will retain a deposit of at least €300.00.
If you come by car, a parking space is available inside the residence (unnumbered). We count on you to respect the number of vehicles allowed (one only), so as not to inconvenience the resident owners.
PLEASE NOTE: We have already had problems with the neighbours, and a zero-tolerance policy will be applied. Therefore, if the neighbours report to us that more than one vehicle is parked in the residence, we will retain a deposit of at least €100.00 per vehicle per night.
We can drop off a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
