This flat is ideal for one person but can accommodate up to two guests (double bed 140 cm x 200 cm).
LIVING AREA:
- The flat has an entrance leading directly into the light-filled living area
- A lovely, functional open-plan kitchen with everything you need (fridge, hob, extractor hood, compact dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine)
- The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV (a FREE Netflix account under the name "3D FLAT" awaits you). A large built-in storage cupboard is at your disposal
BEDROOM:
- A bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed and a chest of drawers with a second smart TV
SHOWER ROOM:
- A functional shower room with a washing machine
- Private wall-hung WC at the entrance of the flat

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The neighborhood
The flat is strategically located on a corner, very close to the 6th and 3rd arrondissements and in Villeurbanne. On a very quiet, residential street.
The flat is very easy to reach by car (you can park on Rue d'Alsace). Alternatively, it can be reached by public transport, in particular the bus via the Alsace stop.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 15/20 minutes from Part-Dieu station
- 15/20 minutes from La Part-Dieu shopping centre
- 3 minutes from the C16 bus, Charmette stop, which takes you to Charpennes
- 5 minutes' walk from the C3 bus, Alsace stop, which takes you to the Presqu'île
- Very close to the Brotteaux, Gratte-Ciel and Bellecombe neighbourhoods
- Gym: L'Appart Fitness and Wellness
- Food and shops: restaurants, bars, Intermarché, hairdresser, wine shop, butcher, etc.
- A few minutes on foot/by public transport from Parc de la Tête d'Or
Very close to public transport, you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, you can park on Rue d'Alsace right outside the building (there is very often space). Parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays.
If you are using public transport or on foot, you are only 15/20 minutes from Part-Dieu station. You can get to the flat with the C3 bus, "Alsace" stop.
Central Lyon and the Presqu'île can be reached very quickly, in just a few minutes, via the C3 bus.
Other things to note
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
