- A very functional kitchen with a fridge, a two-ring hob, an extractor hood and a microwave offers every comfort for your stay
- Of course, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal for breakfast

- A large built-in storage cupboard right opposite the bed for longer stays

The building is very secure; it is next door to the local police station.
The PLUS: a well-kept private garden for residents, ideal for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying a coffee after a day of work or sightseeing.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The flat is strategically located between Gratte-Ciel and Flachet metro stations, in the heart of Villeurbanne.
On a very quiet, residential courtyard side, the flat is very easy to reach by car (you can park in the basement garage). Otherwise, public transport is very close by.
Just a few minutes away:
- 12 minutes by metro from Part-Dieu station and La Part-Dieu shopping centre
- Very close to the Gratte-Ciel district
- Food and shops: restaurants, bars, Carrefour, hairdresser, wine shop, butcher, etc.
Very close to public transport, you can easily get around on foot and visit the city.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, you can park in the closed garage in the building's basement.
If you are using public transport, you are only 12 minutes from Part-Dieu station.
Central Lyon and the Presqu'île can be reached very quickly, in just a few minutes, by metro. Feel free to use the "TCL" app to help you get around during your stay.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
The garage is ideal for a city car; it is not suited to 4x4-type vehicles, which are harder to park.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
