This flat is ideal for one or two people (double bed 140 cm x 200 cm). It is located in the heart of a shared building courtyard.

KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with fridge, two-ring hob, extractor hood, oven, washing machine and microwave offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are provided: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster
SLEEPING AREA:
- The mezzanine sleeping area with glass partition offers pure relaxation thanks to the double bed
- Quality bedding for extra comfort
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room with a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath and hand towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)
- The WC is in the same room
Wi-Fi in the flat (speed test 190 Mb/s).
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.
If you would like to surprise your other half, you can order a bottle of champagne/wine or something else, with a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, etc. We'll keep the secret and are happy to help you organise a surprise.

The neighborhood
Lyon's Presqu'île (Lyon 2) is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
Rue Bourgelat is a cobbled street that will lead you to some of Lyon's most sought-after spots, in complete privacy.
You will be right in the heart of the city, in central Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 10 minutes' walk from Place Bellecour
- 8 minutes' walk from Metro A (Perrache and Bellecour stops)
- 2 minutes' walk from the S1 bus
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 2 minutes' walk from the banks of the Saône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to the banks of the Saône, easily reached via the motorways (A6) and very well served by road.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (line A – Bellecour and Perrache stations) in just 10 minutes. Perrache station is also about ten minutes from the flat (Place Carnot).
The S1, 31 and C20 bus stops are right next to the flat.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
