Set on the first floor of a recent building with a lift, this recently renovated studio will charm you with its clean lines and sense of well-being.
This studio is perfectly suited to solo travellers or couples (the sofa bed converts into a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed). You will enjoy hotel-quality bedding, ensuring optimal comfort.

The neighborhood
Very close to the banks of the Rhône, this booming area of Lyon 7 (near Les Girondins) is full of students in its residential part and office buildings in its business part.
You are only 20 minutes' walk from the Presqu'île (Lyon 2nd). Many bars and restaurants have sprung up, giving the area a lively buzz.
The Halle Tony Garnier is just a few minutes from the flat by public transport.
The motorway is also quickly accessible. The flat is just a few minutes' walk from Jean Macé station (3 minutes) and the main public transport links.
Getting around
Easily accessible by public transport: Metro line B (Jean Macé), tram and metro at Place Jean Macé, just 3 minutes' walk from the property.
A free parking space (standard space) no. 2006 in the building's basement for the entire duration of your stay.
Other things to note
A parking space is available FREE OF CHARGE for the entire duration of your stay, in the building's basement on level -2 (space no. 2006).
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, as are vaping, parties and pets, and we have a zero-tolerance policy. We reserve the right to charge you a fine of €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
