This ground-floor flat is ideal for up to four people (comfortable 140 cm x 200 cm bed and a quality 140 cm x 200 cm sofa bed).

- A lovely, large shower room with a washing machine, a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)
- The WC is in the same room, with a heated towel rail

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
Lyon's Presqu'île (Lyon 2) is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
Rue Joannès Drevet pays tribute to this French painter and engraver, whose former painting studios were here. The cobbled street will lead you to Lyon's most sought-after streets and spots, in complete privacy.
You will be right in the heart of the city, in central Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.

- 10 minutes' walk from Metro A (Perrache and Bellecour stops)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)

Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to the banks of the Saône, easily reached via the motorways (A6) and very well served by road.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (line A – Bellecour and Perrache stations), in just 10 minutes' walk. Perrache station is also about ten minutes' walk from the flat (Place Carnot).
The S1, 31 and C20 bus stops are right next to the flat.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
