The flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure building with a lift (which serves the half-landings; 2nd, 4th and 6th floors).
LIVING AREA:
- The entrance opens directly onto a lovely living area with a table that extends to seat up to 6 people
- A comfortable sofa with a smart TV (you can use your own Netflix account. Please remember to log out when you leave). Please note: TV channels are available via the Molotov TV app (not all channels are available there)
KITCHEN:
- A brand-new, fully equipped kitchen for added comfort (large fridge, oven, two-ring hob, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, wine fridge, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Three large bedrooms with new mattresses (140 cm x 190 cm beds)
- One of the bedrooms has a storage cupboard for longer stays
- New bedding for added comfort
SHOWER ROOM:
- A new shower room with a washing machine and toilet
High-speed WIFI in the flat.
Parking is FREE in the surrounding area.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying for several days.
Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to ask for compensation if we notice any damage to the property. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden. Please respect our rules. A €300 smoke-removal fee will automatically be applied. No pets are allowed, and no damage to the flat.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The neighborhood
Vénissieux enjoys a strategic location south of Lyon, with all the motorway routes (A7 and national roads/ring road), not to mention plenty of public transport.
The flat is located just opposite Lyon 8th, with very easy public transport access (bus and tram) to the city centre.
- 3-minute walk from bus 35
- 5-minute walk from tram T6
- Right by local shops (food shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, hairdressers, parks, gym, etc.)
- 30/40-minute walk to the banks of the Saône and Rhône to reach the Presqu'île
Very close to public transport (bus and tram), you can easily do everything on foot.
Getting around
You can easily get around by car as parking is largely free in the neighbourhood. There is no allocated space, but be careful as many parking spaces are reserved for neighbouring residential buildings.
The home is easily accessible by public transport thanks to the many buses and trams.

Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the home.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an additional €25.
Or both for an additional €35.
