To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. The flat is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. We apply a zero-tolerance policy.
We are Hoosteez, a concierge company operating in Lyon and the surrounding area.

The neighborhood
The flat is located in the sought-after Montchat neighbourhood in Lyon 3rd, a stone's throw from the local shops on Cours du Docteur Long (bakery, pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, banks, etc.), close to the Part-Dieu district, the hospitals (Édouard Herriot and Natécia) and the local Montchat market.
Very close to public transport, just 7 minutes' walk from Grange Blanche (metro, tram and bus). 16 minutes' walk from Part-Dieu station.
An ideal location for getting around on foot or by public transport. There are plenty of free parking spaces all around the building if you are travelling by car.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift in the building and the flat is on the 4th and top floor.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
