LIVING AREA:
Step into this cosy hideaway with the feel of a hotel suite, combining a relaxation area with a romantic jacuzzi and a dream bed. A lovely living area, bathed in light, opening onto a private terrace with every comfort you need, in complete privacy.
THE KITCHENETTE:
The very practical kitchenette, with a top-quality fridge, a two-ring hob and a microwave, offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast essentials are on site: Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle and toaster.
THE SLEEPING AREA:
The sleeping area offers a moment of pure relaxation thanks to the King Size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Hotel-quality bedding for added comfort, with memory foam pillows. You will have access to a Netflix account on a high-quality 55-inch flat-screen TV.
SHOWER ROOM:
A shower room is at your disposal, with all toiletries (body and hand towels, bath mat, soap and shampoo) and a hairdryer.
The toilet is separate.
TERRACE:
Enjoy a private terrace for your breakfasts, lunches or summer evenings, with a seating area and garden furniture.
Ultra-high-speed WiFi in the flat.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying for several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. This is a non-smoking property; vaping is forbidden, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

Getting around
If you are travelling by car, you can park in front of the property (two cars maximum). Access is via a gate (we will send you the entry codes by message).
Other things to note
Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the home.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
You can park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the property (two cars maximum).
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of at least €300.00.
