We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out must be before 10 am.
OPTION 1: Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
OPTION 2: Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

Guests have access to the entire home.
Guest interaction
Feel free to contact us before and during your stay if you encounter the slightest difficulty or problem. As the flat is brand new, it is essential that you let us know quickly.
The neighborhood
The property is located at the edge of Villeurbanne, very close to Lyon 6th arrondissement.
The flat is accessed through a secure building entrance in a quiet, family residential building with a hotel-like feel.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 3 minutes from the C3 bus towards the Presqu'île and La Part-Dieu
- 20 minutes from Part-Dieu station and shopping centre
- 2 minutes from the Wellness Club gym
- 5 minutes from the Basic-Fit gym
- Food: Intermarché, bakery, Carrefour Market, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
- Very close to the Médipôle Lyon - Villeurbanne medical centre
- Uber and taxis whenever you like, right outside the building, via the app on your phone
You can easily do everything on foot.
Getting around
A parking space is at your disposal throughout your stay, saving you parking fees.
Parking access: the owner rents a parking space which is offered to you free of charge (angled parking in an underground car park).
It is a few minutes' walk away and lets you park with complete peace of mind.
If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, the C3 bus is close by and drops you a few metres from the flat.
Other things to note
Please note before booking:
The flat is on the 5th and top floor. The lift goes up to the 4th floor; the top floor is reached on foot by the stairs.
The property is in a quiet residential building, and we count on you to be perfectly discreet with the neighbours. It is therefore perfectly suited to a relaxing, romantic or business stay, but not to parties, gatherings or noise. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, pets are not accepted and guests not included in the booking are not allowed.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat, unauthorised guests or anything else), we reserve the right to ask you for a minimum of €300 depending on the damage and/or failure to follow the rules.
Once your booking is confirmed:
We will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
Or both for an extra €35.
