This flat is ideal for one or two people (bed 140 cm x 200 cm) wishing to visit Lyon from a quiet flat right in the city centre.
LIVING AREA:
- A cosy living area with an entrance leading directly into the kitchenette, with a dining corner for two (a bench seat with cushions and a removable table).
KITCHENETTE:
- A very functional kitchenette with a fridge, a two-ring hob, an extractor hood and a microwave offers every comfort for your stay
- Of course, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal for breakfast
- The WC is separate and private
SLEEPING AREA on the lower floor:
- Reached by a staircase, with new, comfortable bedding on a pull-out bed
--> BIG PLUS: a TV with a connected set-top box lets you access your own Netflix account. Remember to log out when you leave
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room with a vanity unit, a washing machine, a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath, hand and hair towels, soap, shower gel, etc.)

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean between each stay to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
Lyon's Presqu'île (Lyon 2) is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
Rue de la République: this cobbled street will lead you to Lyon's most sought-after spots, in complete privacy.
You will be right in the heart of the city, in central Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 1 minute's walk from Place Bellecour
- 1 minute's walk from Metro A and D (Bellecour stop)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to the banks of the Saône, easily reached via the motorways (A6) and very well served by road.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (lines A and D – Bellecour station), in just 1 minute.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Keys are collected independently from a shop 3 minutes' walk from the flat, Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 12:00 am // Friday – Saturday: 7:00 am – 2:00 am // Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 am.
The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
