To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
Very close to the banks of the Rhône, this booming area of Lyon 7 (near Les Girondins) has many office buildings in its business part.
You are only 15 minutes by metro from the Presqu'île (Lyon 2nd). Many bars and restaurants have sprung up, giving the area a lively buzz.
The Halle Tony Garnier is just 11 minutes from the flat by public transport.
The motorway is also quickly accessible. The flat is just 11 minutes by Metro B from Jean Macé station.
Getting around
Easily accessible by public transport: Metro line B (Debourg), tram and metro at Place Jean Jaurès, just 4 minutes from the property.
A parking space in the building's basement is at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
