This flat is ideal for two people (140 cm x 190 cm bed on a mezzanine). For your comfort, the flat was renovated, furnished and equipped in June 2022.
You will discover its high ceilings, typical of the Lyon silk workshops known as "Canuts", its large windows and its mezzanine.
LIVING AREA:

- You can log in to your own Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave)
KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and washing machine offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are provided (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle)
SLEEPING AREA:
- The mezzanine sleeping area is reached by a staircase (1.67 m ceiling height)
- Comfortable bedding with all the bed linen you need (everything will be ready for your arrival). A hanging area to store your belongings
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room with all the toiletry essentials (hairdryer, washing machine, bath, hand and hair towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)
- The WC is in the same room

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
LYON 1st arrondissement is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
You will be right in the heart of Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 5 minutes' walk from Croix-Paquet metro (line C) and 10 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville (Metro A)
- A few minutes' walk from Cordeliers metro (line A)
- 10 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Close to the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot, and the street is now pedestrianised (less traffic noise).
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Gros Caillou car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the property).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro
(from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station)
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property. Very easy to reach.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
