We ALWAYS carry out a thorough clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is handled by a specialised cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice even the slightest damage to the home. The home is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out must be before 10 am without exception.
Early check-in is however possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Here are the rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

Guests have access to the entire home. It is the owner's main residence and some of their belongings remain there all year round.

The neighborhood
The home is located in Villeurbanne, very close to the Montchat neighbourhood.
The flat is accessed via a secure building entrance in a quiet, family-oriented residence.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 3 minutes from tram T3 "Reconnaissance - Balzac", running from La Part-Dieu to Meyzieu
- 3 min walk from bus C9 to Bellecour and Hôpitaux Est
- 15 minutes from the Part-Dieu shopping centre
- Food shopping: Intermarché, bakery, Carrefour Market, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
- Very close to the Médipôle Lyon - Villeurbanne medical centre
- Uber and taxis whenever you like, right outside the building, via the app on your phone
You can do everything on foot.
Getting around
If you come by car, you can park inside the residence in an underground car park. Instructions will be sent to you by message after your booking.

If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, you are very close to tram T3, which drops you a few minutes from the flat.
Other things to note
We count on your complete discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice any disturbance whatsoever (parties, cigarette butts, noise, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The home is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the home.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.

This is not a newly renovated flat; it is a home lived in by the owner for the rest of the year. Some parts and items may show signs of wear; this is not a cleanliness issue but simply normal wear and tear. If you are looking for a perfect place, this flat will not suit you.
The building does not have a lift
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
We can provide a baby high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
Or both for an extra €35.
