- The first bedroom has a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding, a large storage cupboard and a smart TV. You can also enjoy a small balcony in this bedroom
- The second bedroom has another 140 cm x 190 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding and a smart TV
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room with a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)
The WC is separate and private.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
Lyon's 3rd arrondissement is a very quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. Public transport is on your doorstep and extremely well served (metro and bus). You can easily park all around the building (paid during the day); parking is free in the evenings from 7 pm.
There is a bakery right downstairs for your breakfasts.
Getting around
You can take the C16 bus, which stops opposite the property, to Place Monplaisir.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
