The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building in a secure residence, without a lift.
LIVING AREA:
- The entrance opens onto a hallway leading to all the rooms of the flat; you will find a lovely living area with an extendable table that comfortably seats up to 6.
- A comfortable sofa with a smart TV (you can use your own Netflix account – remember to log out when you leave).
KITCHEN:
- A brand-new, fully equipped kitchen for extra comfort (large fridge, oven, two-ring hob, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc.)
BEDROOMS:
- Three bedrooms with quality mattresses (bed 140 cm x 190 cm) and a desk in each one.
- Quality bedding for extra comfort
SHOWER ROOM:
- A new shower room with 3 washbasins so you can get ready without wasting time.
- You will also find a washing machine
- The WC is separate
VERY HIGH-SPEED Wi-Fi in the flat.
Parking in the surrounding area is paid.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap
- tea and coffee
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Please go downstairs to do so. No pets are allowed and no damage to the flat.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The property is in the heart of Villeurbanne, between Gratte-Ciel and Flachet metro stations, very close to the main roads and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road – Astroballe (basketball). A very residential, family-friendly neighbourhood.
The flat is accessed through a secure electric gate.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 3 minutes from Gratte-Ciel metro station
- 3 minutes from Flachet metro station
- 5 minutes from the C26 – La Perralière and C17 – Le Pressensé bus stops
- 15/20 minutes from the Presqu'île
- Gym: Happy Gym
- Food: restaurants, bars, market, Carrefour, etc.
- Outdoor park
- University: La Doua campus (about 15 mins)
Very close to public transport (bus and tram), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, take Metro B to Charpennes, then Metro A to Gratte-Ciel, which drops you a few minutes' walk from the flat.
Other things to note
We count on your utmost discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
