- The studio has a lovely, light-filled living area with a sofa
- A large, fully equipped and fitted kitchen for extra comfort (two-ring induction hob, fridge, microwave, TV, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle)
SLEEPING AREA:
- The sleeping area is on a mezzanine, reached by a removable ladder (pull it slightly towards you; take care when using it). Access may be difficult for elderly people.
- Hotel-quality bedding for extra comfort.
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room with WC
HIGH-SPEED Wi-Fi (465 Mb/s) keeps you connected, and the smart TV will entertain you after a day full of discoveries. You can log in to your own Netflix account. Remember to log out when you leave.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
LYON 1st arrondissement is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
You will be right in the heart of Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 2 minutes' walk from Croix-Paquet metro (line C) and 5 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville (Metro A)
- 6 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Close to the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 2 minutes' walk from the banks of the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot, and the street is very quiet.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Hôtel de Ville car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the property).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property. Very easy to reach.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
The flat is on the 2nd floor without a lift.
Please note that sound insulation may be poor; you may hear the neighbours' voices or noise if they are loud (as in most residential buildings ;)
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
