We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is handled by a specialised cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking; vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Their rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is ideal for enjoying Lyon's best spots and doing everything on foot. It is best known for its many delicious restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and every budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyonnais cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.

Getting around
Paid street parking; we recommend getting around by public transport, by bike and/or on foot.
Metro A, Cordeliers right at the foot of the flat, and many buses.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same goes for check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (odour, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for your entire stay for an additional €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
