On the first floor, without a lift, of a quiet residential building, this quiet courtyard-side suite will charm you with its clean lines and sense of well-being.
It is perfectly suited to solo travellers or couples (one 140 cm x 190 cm double bed).
You will enjoy new, hotel-quality bedding, ensuring optimal comfort.
BEDROOM:

- Cupboards all around the bed and in the room let you store your belongings for stays of several days/weeks
- A kitchenette-style corner with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a very small fridge (minibar-sized)

The neighborhood
The 6th arrondissement is an ideal neighbourhood, a stone's throw from Lyon's Presqu'île and Parc de la Tête d'Or.
The building is in a very quiet area, extremely well served by public transport and strategically placed near the main sights.
You will be right in the heart of the city, close to central Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.

- 11 minutes by Metro A from Place Bellecour
- 8 minutes by Metro A from Cordeliers
- 15 minutes by bus from Part-Dieu station (station & shopping centre)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
Very close to public transport (metro, tram and bus), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to the banks of the Rhône, easily reached via the motorways (A6) and very well served by road.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
The flat is 6 minutes' walk from line A (Foch).

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
