The ground-floor property faces the courtyard only, so you can enjoy a quiet setting while staying close to the neighbourhood's restaurants, shops, cafés and hotspots.
Designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests, the duplex has a pleasant living area, an equipped kitchenette, an upstairs sleeping area and a shower room.
In the living area, you will find a comfortable sofa, a smart TV (you can log in to your own Netflix account) and a decorative fireplace that adds charm to the whole space.
The kitchenette lets you easily prepare your meals or breakfasts: fridge, two-ring hob, cooking essentials and a Nespresso coffee machine are provided.
Upstairs (reached by stairs), the sleeping area has a double bed with hotel-quality bedding (bed 140 cm x 190 cm). The shower room is also upstairs (a bath towel and a shower mat are provided).
The property has a 5G box for smooth Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaner.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyon cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The area is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothes or local produce (Avenue de Saxe, Gambetta, Cours Vitton...).
Getting around
Paid street parking; public transport, cycling and/or walking are recommended.
- Metro A - Masséna, 2 minutes from the flat (Bellecour).
- Metro B - Brotteaux, 5 minutes from the flat (Part-Dieu).

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a minimum of €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
