To ensure your utmost comfort during your stay, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. The cleaning is done by a specialised cleaner.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible, however, if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Their rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyonnaise cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The neighbourhood is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothing or local products. (Avenue de Saxe Gambetta, Cours Vitton...)
Getting around
Paid street parking; we recommend getting around by public transport, by bike and/or on foot.
Metro A Masséna 2 minutes from the flat (Bellecour).
Metro B Brotteaux 5 minutes from the flat (Part-Dieu).

Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same goes for check-out. Only one set of keys will be given to you for the whole of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4 pm and check-out must always be before 10 am.
The flat is on the ground floor, on the courtyard side.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the whole of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
We can provide a baby high chair for the whole of your stay for an extra €25.
