- The very functional kitchenette, with a fridge, a two-ring hob and a microwave oven, offers every comfort for your stay.
- Breakfast essentials are provided: Nespresso coffee machine, CREATE kettle and CREATE toaster.
SLEEPING AREA:
- The sleeping area offers pure relaxation thanks to the Queen Size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Hotel-quality bedding for extra comfort, with memory foam pillows.
- You will have access to a Netflix account, with flat-screen TVs in the sleeping area and the lounge.
SHOWER ROOM:
- A shower room is at your disposal.
- All the toiletry essentials (bath and hand towels, bath mat, soap).
- A vanity unit with a hairdryer.
- The WC is in the same room.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The neighborhood
LYON 1st arrondissement is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
You will be right in the heart of Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 6 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville metro (line A)
- 6 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Close to the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Saône and the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot, and the property is in a pedestrian cul-de-sac.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Terreaux car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the property).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service: keys are collected from a shop less than 4 minutes' walk away, open 8:00 am – 11:45 pm. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am.
The flat has suffered water infiltration from an exterior wall, which has badly flaked the paint on the walls and decorations behind the spa bath and at the entrance of the flat.
Quotes are being obtained to repaint.
Despite the poor condition of the flat, this incident in no way prevents you from enjoying the property and its amenities.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.00.
