To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The property is in Villeurbanne, very close to the Montchat neighbourhood.
The flat is accessed through a secure building entrance in a quiet, family residential building.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 4 minutes from the T3 tram "Reconnaissance - Balzac" towards La Part-Dieu / Meyzieu
- 4 min walk from the C9 bus to Bellecour and Hôpitaux Est
- 16 minutes from La Part-Dieu shopping centre
- Food: Intermarché, bakery, Carrefour Market, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
- Very close to the Médipôle Lyon - Villeurbanne medical centre
- Uber and taxis whenever you like, right outside the building, via the app on your phone
You can easily do everything on foot.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, you can park inside the residential grounds, in a closed garage. Instructions will be sent to you by message after booking.
If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, the T3 tram is close by and drops you a few minutes from the flat.
Other things to note
We count on your utmost discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a minimum of €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
You will have plenty of free storage space for your belongings.
