This flat is ideal for 4 people, with its little-house style, a stone's throw from Place des Terreaux.
LIVING AREA:
- A lovely, light-filled living area offers a friendly, warm and peaceful space
- Smart TV where you can log in to your own Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave)
KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with fridge and freezer, two-ring hob and microwave oven offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are of course at your disposal (toaster and kettle)
SLEEPING AREA:
- Hotel-quality 140 x 190 cm bed for extra comfort
- The bedroom has blackout curtains and a rectangular cushion blocking out light from both bedroom windows for ideal sleeping comfort
- A wardrobe with hangers and a shelf lets you store your belongings for several days
- The second sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living area (140 x 190). It has a very comfortable, hotel-quality mattress. Electric blinds are also available for total darkness – ideal given how bright the flat is.
SHOWER ROOM:
- A bathroom with a hairdryer, a garment steamer and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, hand towel, soap, etc.)
The WC is in a separate room
PLEASE NOTE: The WC doorway is narrow (45 cm wide) and low (170 cm high) – it really is a little nook!

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
LYON 1st arrondissement is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
You will be right in the heart of Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 5 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville metro (line A)
- 3 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 2/3 minutes' walk from the banks of the Saône and the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot, and the street is now pedestrianised (less traffic noise).
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Terreaux car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the property).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
There is a lift in the building and the flat is on the 6th floor.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
Or both for an extra €35.
