This flat on the 1st floor with a lift is ideal for two people (160 cm x 200 cm bed), with one bedroom.

- A smart TV with a set-top box to access channels and streaming apps (a Netflix account is provided, please make sure not to log out of it)
KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, two-ring hob with extractor hood, oven and microwave offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are of course at your disposal (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
SLEEPING AREA:
- Hotel-quality 160 cm x 200 cm bed for extra comfort
- The bedroom has manual shutters and blackout curtains covering the outside light from the window for ideal sleeping comfort
- A wardrobe with hangers and a shelf lets you store your belongings for several days
SHOWER ROOM:
- A bathroom with a washing machine and a heated towel rail
- A hairdryer, an iron with ironing board and all toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, hand towel, soap, etc.)

We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep clean of the flat to give you comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Their rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The neighborhood
LYON 1er is a district steeped in history.
You will be immersed in the very heart of Lyon. An ideal location to explore everything on foot and make the most of the central position.
- 6 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville metro (line A)
- 6 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Close to shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Saône and the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and buses), you can do everything on foot, and the flat is located in a pedestrian cul-de-sac.
Getting around
If you come by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Terreaux car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the flat).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and all day on Sundays (except for exceptions we are unable to tell you about).
On foot, you can easily reach the flat by metro (from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the flat.
Other things to note
Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service: you collect the keys from a shop less than 4 minutes' walk away, open between 08:00 and 23:45. The same applies for your departure.
Please note that the hot water tank has a limited hot water capacity. We recommend no more than one shower per person per day.
Only one set of keys will be given to you for the whole duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a deposit of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the whole duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide sheets or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the whole duration of your stay for an extra €25.
