BEDROOMS:
- A 1st bedroom with a dressing table, storage and a 160 cm x 200 cm bed
- A 2nd bedroom with storage and a 140 cm x 190 cm bed
- A 3rd bedroom with storage and a 90 cm x 190 cm bed
- New, quality bedding
BATHROOM:
- A bathroom with a washing machine

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Please go downstairs to do so. No pets are allowed and no damage to the flat.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The flat is in a quiet, family residential building.
A stone's throw from the ring road and Groupama Stadium.
- 2 minutes from Metro A Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie
- 14 minutes by car from Groupama Stadium (or 22 minutes by public transport)
- 19 minutes by car from Eurexpo (or 35 minutes by public transport)
- 4 minutes by car from the Médipôle medical centre (or 8 minutes by public transport)
There is a park and a school opposite the building; children may play and make noise during the day.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, free private underground parking will be at your disposal.
Other things to note
We count on your utmost discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain your entire security deposit. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
A deposit of at least €300 may be withheld.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
There is a park and a school opposite the building; children may play and make noise during the day.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
