You can use a garage for the entire duration of your stay (so you don't have to pay for parking). City cars can very easily access the basement and the closed lock-up. Please contact us if you have a larger vehicle.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition and to respect our house rules and instructions. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. We reserve the right to ask you for compensation if we notice the slightest damage or breach of the rules.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The property is located at the edge of Villeurbanne, very close to Lyon 6th arrondissement.
The building is in a very quiet area, extremely well served by public transport and strategically placed near the main sights.
Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
Very close to public transport (metro, tram and bus), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to Parc de la Tête d'Or, easily reached by public transport or on foot.
If you are travelling by car, a FREE PARKING SPACE comes with the property.
Otherwise, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
