Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
The flat has been fully renovated. As this is a typical old Lyon building, the neighbours can sometimes be heard, despite all the surfaces of the flat (floor, ceiling, walls) having been lined.
On the ground floor of the building there is a Tunisian restaurant open until 11 pm, making it easy to grab a bite (takeaway available).
The spa bath is supplied by a 200-litre electric water heater.
This large capacity and the high water temperature will let you enjoy a spa bath and a shower on the same evening (tried and tested ;)
However, hot water is not unlimited as it would be in a hotel or a public spa. Once the tank is empty, you will need to wait 4 to 5 hours to have 200 litres of hot water again.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a minimum of €300.00 depending on the damage.
For a romantic moment or a special occasion, a romantic decoration service can be arranged before your arrival.
The romantic pack is €100. It includes fresh rose petals and LED candles (€50) and a bottle of chilled Champagne (€50).
You can also choose one or the other :)
We can personalise the rose petal pack by spelling out your initials, a heart or any other little message :)
