We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The flat is located in the heart of Villeurbanne, near Gratte-Ciel metro station, very close to the main roads and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road – Astroballe (basketball).
A very residential, family-friendly neighbourhood.
The flat is accessed through a secure gate.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 5 minutes from Gratte-Ciel metro station
- 5 minutes from the C26 – La Perralière and C17 – Le Pressensé bus stops
- 15 minutes from the Presqu'île
- Food: restaurants, bars, market, Carrefour, etc.
- Outdoor park
- University: La Doua campus (about 10 mins)
Very close to public transport (metro, bus and tram), you can easily get around on foot.
Getting around
If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, take Metro B to Charpennes, then Metro A to Gratte-Ciel, which drops you a few minutes' walk from the flat.

We count on your utmost discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain your entire security deposit. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
A deposit of at least €300 may be withheld.
