- The relaxation area is set around a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV where you can log in to your own Netflix account to catch up on your current series (remember to log out when you leave).

- A functional kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and oven offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are provided: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster

- Bedroom 1: Comfortable single bed 90x190, smart TV and reversible ceiling air conditioning. Curtains are not fully blackout: daylight comes in naturally in the morning.
- Bedroom 2: Identical to the first, with a single bed 90x190, smart TV and reversible ceiling air conditioning. Non-blackout curtains for a bright wake-up.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds 90x190 pushed together to form a large 180x200 bed, smart TV and reversible ceiling air conditioning. Windowless bedroom.
- Bedroom 4: Spacious, with a 160x200 bed, smart TV, reversible air conditioning and a desk for a dedicated workspace. Windowless bedroom.
SHOWER ROOM:
- A lovely shower room with a hairdryer, iron, heated towel rail and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)
- The WC is in the shower room
Ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi in the flat (300 Mb/s).
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
