Discover this spacious, bright flat in a quiet residential building. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, it has two large bedrooms and a warm living room with a friendly, family atmosphere – ideal for unwinding after a day in Lyon.
This flat is perfect for travellers wanting to discover Lyon, groups of friends or families in search of adventure, as well as business travellers.
LIVING AREA:
- A lovely, warm living area with a cosy lounge
- The room offers a welcoming space with a beautiful blue sofa and a large smart TV with many channels, plus the option to log in to your own Netflix account – ideal for sharing time with your loved ones (remember to log out when you leave)
KITCHEN:
- A lovely open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of storage.
- The very functional kitchen, with fridge, hob, extractor hood, microwave and oven, offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are also provided: a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster
BEDROOMS:
- The master bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding. It also offers access to a small balcony and a large storage cupboard for a comfortable stay.
- The second bedroom has a 140 × 190 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding. You will also find a spacious walk-in wardrobe, ideal for short or long stays.
SHOWER ROOMS:
- The bathroom has a large shower and everything you need for your comfort: hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, as well as the essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.).
PLEASE NOTE: the bathroom has not yet been renovated and may look slightly dated.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The La Doua area of Villeurbanne is a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood right next to the university campus. Public transport is on your doorstep and very well served (tram and bus), making it easy to get to central Lyon. You can park in the streets around the building (paid during the day), with free parking in the evening from 7 pm.
A bakery and plenty of snack bars are just steps from the building for your breakfasts and lunches.
Getting around
To get to Part-Dieu:
Bus C17 – Antonins stop ➡️ Get off at Charpennes ➡️ Then Metro B → Part-Dieu

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
