A relaxation area set around a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV. You can log in to your own Netflix account to catch up on your current series (remember to log out before you leave).
The TV also has IPTV, giving you access to many channels from around the world as well as a wide choice of films and series.
KITCHEN:
A fully equipped, functional kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and oven, so you can cook easily during your stay.
Breakfast essentials are at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Master suite with a 180x200 king size bed, large storage cupboard, smart TV and a marble walk-in shower room with WC.
Bedroom 2: Ground-floor bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, plenty of storage, right next to the second bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and storage.
Bedroom 4: Similar to the third bedroom, also upstairs, with a 140x200 double bed and storage space.
BATHROOMS:
A first, elegant shower room with a hairdryer, iron, heated towel rail and all the toiletry essentials (towels, shower mat, soap, etc.).
A second bathroom with shower and bathtub, ideal for extra comfort when staying as a group.
The WCs are in the bathrooms.
OUTDOORS:
A pleasant, sun-facing outdoor space you can enjoy for much of the day – ideal for relaxing or sharing a convivial moment.
An inflatable 4-person jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the property to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The property is also well served by public transport, making it easy to reach Part-Dieu, Bellecour or Vieux Lyon and to discover the city's main sights.

Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the property and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
