Bedroom 1: Spacious and particularly bright, it has a very comfortable 160x200 double bed, a large made-to-measure walk-in wardrobe ideal for long stays, and a desk perfectly suited to working or studying in peace.
Bedroom 2: Elegant and comfortable, this bedroom has a 180x200 double bed, a large modern wardrobe suited to long stays, and a desk area, ideal for studying or working in pleasant surroundings.
SHOWER ROOM:
- A functional bathroom with a hairdryer, iron, heated towel rail and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)
- The WC is in the shower room

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

Located in a quiet, sought-after area of the 7th arrondissement, this flat is ideally placed to make the most of Lyon. You will find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and services right nearby, while keeping a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere.
The property also stands out for its proximity to Jean Jaurès metro, giving quick access to Part-Dieu, Bellecour or Vieux Lyon. The neighbourhood also offers lovely places for a stroll, such as the banks of the Rhône, just a few minutes away – perfect for a jog, a walk or a relaxing moment outdoors.

Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
