- The room offers a warm space with a beautiful 140 cm x 190 cm sofa bed and a smart TV with many channels, plus the option to log in to your own Netflix account – ideal for sharing time with your loved ones (remember to log out when you leave)

- A large, fully equipped kitchen for short or long stays.
- The very functional kitchen, with fridge, hob, extractor hood, microwave and oven, offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are also provided: a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster
BEDROOMS:
- The downstairs bedroom has a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding and a large storage cupboard
- You can also enjoy an en-suite bathroom and a made-to-measure walk-in wardrobe in this bedroom
- The second bedroom, on the mezzanine, has another 140 cm x 200 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding.
- The third sleeping option is the sofa bed in the lounge. It has hotel-quality bedding with a premium mattress, ensuring optimal comfort.
SHOWER ROOMS:
- The first bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
Caluire-et-Cuire is a very quiet, family-friendly area. Public transport is on your doorstep and extremely well served (metro and bus). You can easily park all around the building (paid during the day); parking is free in the evenings from 7 pm.
There is a supermarket a stone's throw from the building for your shopping.
Getting around
You can take the C5 bus, which stops near the property, to quickly reach central Lyon, including Bellecour, Cordeliers and Part-Dieu.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
