We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
OPTION 1: Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
OPTION 2: Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

The neighborhood
LYON 1st arrondissement is a neighbourhood steeped in history.
You will be right in the heart of Lyon. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 8 minutes' walk from Hôtel de Ville metro (line A)
- 8 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 3 minutes' walk from the banks of the Saône and the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot, and the street is now pedestrianised (less traffic noise).
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, the property is very close to the LPA - Terreaux car park (about 8 minutes' walk from the property).
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (from Perrache station, take Metro line A to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note: the flat overlooks a building's inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet but also not very bright. The flat's layout will soon make you forget it.
Access is via a Lyon traboule. Residents keep their bikes and the shared bins in the inner courtyard.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim compensation of at least €300.00.
