To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests via the message thread. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

Flachet metro station is 300 metres away.
The flat is 4 metro stops from Part-Dieu station and 15 minutes from central Lyon.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
The ground-floor flat has been fully renovated.
The owner has replaced the 200-litre water heater, which was barely sufficient, with a 300-litre one.
This large capacity and the high water temperature will let you enjoy a comfortable spa bath and a good shower on the same evening (tried and tested ;).
However, hot water is not unlimited as it would be in a hotel or a public spa. Once the tank is empty, you will need to wait 4 to 5 hours to have 300 litres of hot water again.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.00.
