- The flat has an entrance leading directly into the living area, with a smart TV and a spacious dining table for 6; you can log in to your own Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave)
- A functional open-plan kitchen with everything you need (fridge, hob, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)
- With a relaxation area and comfortable sofa bed (160 x 190) – please note there are no curtains on the windows in this room (no way to block out the light)
On the same floor, BEDROOM 1 with BATHROOM:
- with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and a walk-in wardrobe
- A functional bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine
On the lower-ground floor, BEDROOM 2 with BATHROOM and SAUNA:
- The other with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and a storage cupboard
- A premium sauna in one of the bathrooms
PLEASE NOTE: There is a lifting pump for the downstairs WC, washbasin and shower; do not flush anything down the WC except toilet paper (any call-out will be charged to you, between €750 and €1,550)

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The neighborhood
Vénissieux Parilly is a very quiet neighbourhood close to business areas.
Easy access to the southern motorway, as well as to the Eurexpo area for trade fairs.
For food, there are restaurants near IKEA (Ninkasi Grand Parilly + Ciao Nonna + 3 Brasseurs) or the Clos Verger pizzeria right next door.
There is a Carrefour Market next to the metro.
There is the Jana bakery right next to the metro.
Getting around
The flat is 4 minutes from Metro D (Parilly), which takes you directly to Place Bellecour on the Presqu'île.
You will be less than 20 minutes by public transport from Lyon's Presqu'île – ideal for enjoying the city and resting in peace and quiet in the evening.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
