- A Smart TV with many channels and the option to log in to your favourite platforms such as Netflix (remember to log out before you leave)

- An equipped kitchen suited to both short and long stays
- Practical and functional, it has a fridge, hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven and all the crockery you need for your stay
- To start the day right: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also provided
BEDROOM:
- On the mezzanine, the bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm double bed with comfortable bedding for restful nights
- Storage space is also available so you can easily settle in

- A shower room with a shower, a hairdryer and toiletry essentials (towels, bath mat, soap, etc.)
- The WC and a washing machine are also there – ideal for both short and long stays

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
Caluire-et-Cuire is a very quiet, family-friendly area. Public transport is on your doorstep and extremely well served (metro and bus). You can easily park all around the building (paid during the day); parking is free in the evenings from 7 pm.
There is a supermarket a stone's throw from the building for your shopping.
Getting around
You can take the C16 bus, which stops near the property, to quickly reach central Lyon, with direct access to Bellecour, Cordeliers and Part-Dieu.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
