To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. The flat is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. We apply a zero-tolerance policy.
We are Hoosteez, a concierge company operating in Lyon and the surrounding area.

The Croix-Rousse district (Lyon 4) is an iconic neighbourhood steeped in history.
Rue Imbert Colomès, on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, will introduce you to one of Lyon's most authentic and sought-after corners, with its traboules, typical staircases and charming little streets.
You will be immersed in Lyon life, in a lively, friendly neighbourhood. An ideal location for exploring everything on foot and making the most of the central position.
- 5 minutes' walk from Place du Gros Caillou
- 6 minutes' walk from Metro C (Croix-Rousse or Croix-Paquet stop)
- 10 minutes' walk from the Hôtel de Ville
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, markets, bakeries, hairdressers, gym, etc.)
Getting around
The property is close to the banks of the Rhône and the Presqu'île, easily reached via the motorways and very well served by road.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about in advance).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (line C – Croix-Rousse station) in just a few minutes.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Keys are collected independently from a shop a few minutes' walk from the flat, Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 12:00 am // Friday – Saturday: 7:00 am – 2:00 am // Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 am.
The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
