To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (not replenished during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaner.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The property is in Villeurbanne, on Rue Léon Blum.
The flat is accessed through a secure building entrance in a quiet, family residential building.
Just a few minutes' walk away:
- 20 minutes from Part-Dieu on the TB11 bus
- Food right outside the building: bakery, convenience store, restaurants, bars, market, etc.
- Very close to the Médipôle and Le Vinatier, Lyon - Villeurbanne
- Uber and taxis whenever you like, right outside the building, via the app on your phone
You can easily do everything on foot.
Getting around
If you are travelling by car, you can park all around the building. Parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays.
If you are on foot and arriving from Part-Dieu station, the C3 bus is close by and drops you a few metres from the flat.
Other things to note
We count on your utmost discretion so as not to disturb the neighbours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the flat or anything else), we reserve the right to retain your entire security deposit. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
A deposit of at least €300 may be withheld.
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
The flat is on the ground floor, courtyard side, so it is extremely quiet.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
Or both for an extra €35.
