This magnificent, minimalist villa, built on four levels, is ideal for up to 10 people maximum in optimal comfort.
OUTDOORS:
Outside, the property has a superb infinity pool with open views over the surroundings, inviting you to relax and enjoy convivial moments with family or friends. (PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times when using it.)
You will also enjoy a magnificent, carefully maintained landscaped garden, offering an idyllic setting for your holiday. Several furnished outdoor areas let you make the most of the Mediterranean climate, whether relaxing in the sun, sharing a meal or admiring the sunsets.
LIVING AREA:
You will enjoy a vast living area bathed in light thanks to its many picture windows, offering exceptional panoramic views of the sea and the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Designed in a clean, contemporary style, the villa showcases fine materials and elegant minimalist décor. The living space includes a large, convivial lounge with a superb fireplace, a vast dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, all extended by a sea-view terrace.
KITCHEN:
This vast open-plan kitchen has been designed to meet the needs of family or group stays. It has two sinks, two fridges, freezers, two ovens, a microwave, a four-ring hob, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. You will also find everything you need for breakfast and preparing meals: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and plenty of kitchen equipment.
BEDROOMS:
The villa has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and WC.
A magnificent master suite with exceptional sea views, with a 180 x 200 cm bed, a private bathroom with bathtub and a large walk-in wardrobe.
Three other bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds.
The hotel-quality bedding has been carefully selected to guarantee restful nights and optimal comfort throughout your stay. (sheets/towels not changed during your stay)
The property also has a self-contained studio with a private entrance, including a kitchenette, a 160 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom and WC.
SHOWER ROOM:
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels and a shower mat.
A laundry room is also at your disposal, with washing machine, tumble dryer, garment steamer and iron.
The villa has a WC in each bathroom plus an additional separate WC on the ground floor.
GAMES ROOM:
The villa also has a pleasant games and relaxation room, ideal for young and old alike. This space is equipped with a large-screen TV and a table football.
High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mb/s) is available throughout the house.

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the property to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The neighborhood
Ideally located in a quiet, sought-after setting, the villa enjoys a prime position just 25 minutes from the centre of Saint-Tropez and 15 minutes from the beaches.
You can fully enjoy the Mediterranean way of life between sea, nature and Provençal villages. Fine sandy beaches, unspoilt coves and crystal-clear waters are close to the property.
The centre of Saint-Tropez welcomes you with its famous harbour, picturesque lanes, Provençal markets, designer boutiques, art galleries and many renowned restaurants and venues. You will discover both the authenticity of a Mediterranean village and the buzz that has made the destination internationally famous.
A few minutes from the villa, you will also find all the shops you need for your stay: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, wine shops and local markets offering regional specialities.
The villa's ideal location lets you easily discover the most beautiful sites of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, from iconic beaches to hilltop villages, coastal paths and water sports.
Getting around
The property has a large private, gated car park that can securely accommodate up to three vehicles. Two additional parking spaces are also available outside, so up to five vehicles can easily be parked in total.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Guests are welcomed in person so we can show you round the villa and answer any questions on arrival.
A few days before your stay, please contact us to agree on your arrival time.
For your comfort and independence during your stay, the access codes for the property and the key box information will be given to you on arrival. You will then have free access to the villa throughout your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the property and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
