The space
This first-floor flat without a lift (there is one, but it only goes up to floor 1.5) is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
- A lovely living area, furnished with charm and elegance, with 3.50 m ceilings, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen
- The lounge area with a dining table, ideal for 6 to 8 people, and a large, very comfortable sofa, with a smart TV with access to apps such as Netflix or Canal+ (the owner gives access to his accounts on these two platforms)
- A functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, 4-ring hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are provided: DOLCE GUSTO-style coffee machine, kettle and toaster
BEDROOMS:
- The largest is a 25 m² master suite with a QUEEN SIZE 160 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom and WC
The second 15 m² bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE 160 x 200 cm bed.
The third 15 m² bedroom has 2 single 90 x 200 cm bunk beds and a child's bed.
These last 2 bedrooms overlook a pretty inner courtyard.

BATHROOM:
- A bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, garment steamer and washing machine, plus all the toiletry essentials (bath and hand towels and shower mat)
- The WC is in a separate room
Very high-speed Wi-Fi in the flat (201 Mb/s).
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home; it is the owner's main residence and some of his belongings stay there all year round.
You will have plenty of free storage space for your belongings.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyon cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The area is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothes or local produce (Avenue Maréchal de Saxe).
Getting around
Paid street parking; public transport, cycling and/or walking are recommended.
Tram T1, Saxe - Préfecture stop, 6 minutes from the flat.
Metro A, Foch stop, is 9 minutes' walk.
Metro B, Place Guichard stop, is 5 minutes' walk.
Close to the Saxe-Lafayette bus stop, served by the C3, C4, C13 and C14 buses.
For cyclists, the flat is right next to 2 Vélo'v bike stations.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service: keys are collected from a shop 2 minutes' walk away, open 8:00 am – 10:00 pm. The same applies to check-out (please plan around these opening hours).
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to claim a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25.
