The space

This flat is ideal for up to 4 people (two bedrooms with double beds).

LOUNGE/LIVING AREA:
A lovely, bright, modern living area with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. A lounge corner with a table for sharing a convivial moment with up to 4 people.

KITCHEN:
A large, highly functional, well-equipped kitchen with American-style fridge, four-ring hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast equipment is provided: Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle, SMEG toaster and SMEG citrus press.

A LARGE BEDROOM:
Treat yourself to pure relaxation with its King Size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Storage cupboard holding the owner's belongings.

SECOND BEDROOM:
This bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a desk and a huge walk-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings.

BATHROOM:
A bathroom with shower and vanity unit with storage. All the toiletry essentials are provided (bath and hand towels and shower mat). Private, separate WC.

Very high-speed Wi-Fi in the flat.

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

• bed linen (not changed during your stay)
• towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
• a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
• hand soap (not replenished during your stay)
• tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay)
• cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.

We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.

Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood

The flat is very close to the banks of the Saône in Lyon 9 – ideal for sporty types by the water.

Close to food shops, including an Auchan open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 8 pm and on Sunday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Several restaurants nearby, close to a park with a children's playground.

The nearby public transport gives you access to Bellecour in just 25 minutes.

You will be ideally placed near Lyon and its city centre, as well as business areas such as Dardilly, Écully and Tassin.

• Right by the shops (food, restaurants, bars, cafés, etc.)
• 5 minutes' walk from the Parc du Vallon

Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can easily get around on foot.

Getting around

The property is in the 9th arrondissement, easily reached via the motorways (A6) and very well served by road (D306).

If you are travelling by car, a private parking space is available free of charge; street parking is free during the day.

• Less than 30 minutes by public transport to Lyon Perrache station

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.

Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.

Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.

We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (bed linen not provided).
