This house is perfect for travellers wanting to discover Lyon and its surroundings, and groups of friends or families in search of adventure while staying somewhere peaceful.
GARDEN:
- Enjoy a pleasant private garden, designed for young and old alike. The furnished terrace with its dining table is ideal for sharing meals outdoors, while the armchairs invite you to relax, whether reading a book or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.
The small lawn lets children play safely, and a slide is available for their enjoyment. A true green corner where everyone will find a spot to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
LIVING AREA:
- A lovely, bright living area with a cosy lounge.
- The room offers a warm space with a dining area and a lounge with a smart TV with many channels as well as Netflix – ideal for sharing time with your loved ones.
KITCHEN:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen for short or long stays.
- The very functional kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven and a magnificent worktop. It offers every comfort for your stay.
- Breakfast essentials are also provided: a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
BEDROOMS:
- The ground-floor bedroom has a 190 cm x 200 cm double bed with hotel-quality bedding and a chest of drawers for storage.
- The second bedroom, on the first floor, has a 190 cm x 180 cm trundle bed with hotel-quality bedding and a wardrobe.
- The third bedroom is also on the first floor. It has a 160 cm x 200 cm bed with hotel-quality bedding for optimal comfort, and a chest of drawers for storage.
BATHROOM:
- The bathroom has a bathtub and a large walk-in shower, with a hairdryer and all the toiletry essentials (bath towels, shower mat, soap, etc.)
Wi-Fi throughout the house.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the house to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
Caluire-et-Cuire is a very quiet, family-friendly area. Public transport is on your doorstep and extremely well served (metro and bus). You can easily park in front of the house.
There is a grocery shop 400 m from the house for your shopping.
Getting around
You can take the C9 bus, which stops 500 m from the house (6 minutes' walk), to quickly reach central Lyon, including Hôtel de Ville and Bellecour, the heart of the city.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you a Yaago link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 10 am.
We have a zero-tolerance policy. If we notice the slightest misconduct (parties, cigarette butts, noise disturbance, pets, damage to the house or anything else), we reserve the right to retain a security deposit of at least €300. No parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. The property is non-smoking and vaping is prohibited.
