Welcome to the Part-Dieu district, one of Lyon's most central, lively and convenient areas.
Everything here feels easier: you can arrive by train, reach the flat in a few minutes, drop off your bags and start your stay straight away.
The area brings together transport, shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms, services and places to go out. The Westfield La Part-Dieu shopping centre is a few minutes away and the famous Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse can be reached on foot.
In the morning, take time to enjoy a coffee before setting off to explore Lyon. During the day, easily reach the Presqu'île, Bellecour, Vieux Lyon, Parc de la Tête d'Or or the various business districts. In the evening, come back to the comfort of a large flat where everyone has their own space.

Transit

BY TRAIN

Lyon-Part-Dieu station is just 2 minutes' walk away. It makes reaching the flat easy on arrival and offers many TGV and TER connections.

FROM THE AIRPORT
The Rhônexpress links Lyon–Saint-Exupéry airport directly to Part-Dieu station in about 30 minutes. Its terminus is on the Villette side, right next to the property.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Several options are available around the flat:

• T3 tram from Gare Part-Dieu Villette
• T4 tram to La Doua, Charpennes and southern Lyon
• Metro B from Part-Dieu–Vivier-Merle
• C9 bus to Bellecour and Hôpitaux Est

The property has no garage or private parking space.

The property and its equipment must be left in a reasonable condition
In the event of damage, traces of tobacco or failure to follow the rules, a reimbursement request may be made via the platform. Tobacco-related restoration costs may amount to a minimum of €300.
