To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)

We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed. Accordingly, we reserve the right to ask you for compensation if we notice the slightest break-in and/or failure to follow our instructions and house rules.
Please note that the property is not suitable for children.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.

The property is in Le Cannet, in a very sought-after, quiet residential setting on the doorstep of Cannes and the Croisette.
The building is strategically located for discovering the Côte d'Azur: access to the A8 motorway is quick and easy, and everyday shops are right nearby (bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies).
Perfectly served by bus lines going directly to central Cannes, the SNCF station and the beaches, you can get around easily and enjoy your stay with ease.
Getting around
The property is in Le Cannet, in a very quiet residential neighbourhood on the doorstep of Cannes, easily reached via the motorways (quick access to the A8) and very well served by public transport.
If you are travelling by car, street parking is completely free and you will very easily find a space right outside or close to the building.
You will enjoy a strategic location for discovering the region while staying somewhere quiet:
- 5 minutes from the A8 motorway access
- 10 to 15 minutes from central Cannes and the TGV station by car/scooter
- About 15 minutes from the beaches and the Croisette
- Bus stop a few minutes' walk away, going directly to the heart of Cannes in under 30 minutes

Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.00.
